Adventure Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver entitles you to take part in more adventures in diving, new possibilities and deeper limits.
The training
You need to start with the online theory, which you do at your own pace using the PADI app. You can do this at home so there is no need to study whilst on holidays. Missed this opportunity, no worries! You can still do the theory on you mobile device whilst enjoying the our nice climate on your holiday balcony.
For the PADI Advanced Open Water course you need to do 5 Adventure Dives. These are the first dives of the PADI specialties. You choose most of the dives, but 2 are mandatory to get the certification, namely DEEP diver and NAVIGATION.
This leaves you with a choice of 3 more based on what can be offered in our environment:
- WRECK
- PPB
- BOAT DIVE
- FISH ID
- SEARCH AND RECOVERY
Depending on the selected dives, you will be divinng from the boat or the shore.
Take care, the minimal age to participate is 12 years.
The result
Once certified, the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver allows you to dive to 30 meters worldwide when diving with a certified dive buddy.
